Concierge is another term used for private primary care. Some concierge practices also charge insurance, while New Medical is only membership based. 

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model, improving access to high functioning healthcare with a simple, flat and affordable membership fee. No insurance, co-pays or fee-for-service payments. No third party billing. The defining element of DPC is an enduring and trusting relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. Patients have extraordinary access to a physician of their choice. DPC is embraced by health policymakers on the left and right and creates happy patients and happy doctors all over the country!

Payments will be deducted monthly via credit card or ACH transactions through a secure platform.

• One comprehensive annual physical per year with an EKG for age > 40 or when necessary
• Extended office visits, same- or next-day appointments
• Annual well woman exam/pap smear

• In-house injections such as steroids, Antibiotics, Anti-inflammatory medications

• Quick response to texts, emails, and request for telehealth or office visits. 
• Negotiated self-pay prices with LabCorp and Quest diagnostics at a very low rate. 
• Advanced lipid panel, cardiac inflammatory markers, cardiac genetic markets, and advanced kidney panels through Quest diagnostics at negotiated, low rates.
• Spirometry
• More services will be added over time

I will continue to order those as before. Most insurance plans except Kaiser will approve orders placed by an out of network physician.

You may cancel at any time with a 60 days’ notice. If you have enrolled for a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual term, the remaining balance will be refunded to you. I will have the same right to terminate the relationship if I feel that its not working out for you or me.

A hospitalist will take care of you during your hospital stay, and the hospitalist’s and other hospital fees will be covered by you or your health insurance plan. Patients may request that I will follow up with them during and/or after their hospitalization. We will obtain records and add them to your chart. 

Yes. I will continue to work with the current physician call group who will address any concerns by phone in the event that you cannot reach me outside of normal business hours. You will also have access to my personal number for urgent matters after hours.
